Zambeef Products plc Limited

Zambeef products Plc is one of the largest Agro-businesses in Zambia involved in the production, processing, distribution and retailing of beef, chicken and dairy products throughout Zambia. These products are marketed through Zambeef�s 65 butcheries countrywide. In addition to the above Zambeef is a major cropping company growing 350 hectares of irrigated winter crops and 1,100 hectares of dry land crops per year. The company also owns a tannery which is involved in the training of hides and the production of finished leather mainly for the international market.

		Zambeef has a wholly owned subsidiary called Zamleather Limited which operates a tannery in Lusaka.

		Zambeef is one of the largest chicken producers in Zambia. All its chicken houses are situated at Huntley Farm in Chisamba.

		Zambeef milks approximately 800 cows producing 18,000 litres of milk per day at Kalundu Farm in Chisamba.
